At Defence Pest and Building Inspections, we only use qualified, licensed and experienced builders who are accredited with the QBCC and have completed an accredited Completed Residential Building Inspection course.
Our fully licensed and insured pest inspectors will examine your potential property in full detail. The team will dedicate 1 to 2 hours (Each inspector) for inspecting the property – from the surrounds, foundation, to the walls, piers, roof and all available areas of the structure.
You will be provided with hard copies, which will be posted, and computer-generated reports that will be sent through email within the same service day, or the next working day at the most. The reports will contain the complete assessment of the property, including anything that fails or falls outside the full scope of the inspection, so you can use these reports as a reference about your home.
